Roofing Technician (All Locations)
As a Roofing Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of our residential and commercial projects. You’ll work with a close-knit crew to complete repairs, installations, and inspections—always with safety, quality, and customer satisfaction top of mind.
- Remove and install roofing systems (asphalt, metal, or TPO)
- Assist with inspections and identify damage or repair needs
- Ensure job site cleanliness and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and crew leaders
- Use hand tools, ladders, and safety harnesses appropriately
- 1–3 years of roofing or construction experience preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Understanding of basic roofing systems and materials
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel locally between job sites
- Valid driver’s license (preferred) Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Roofing Sales Representative (Full-Time)
Join our customer-focused sales team and help homeowners find the right roofing solution for their needs. This role combines field visits, inspections, and consultative sales—all with the support of a trusted brand behind you.
- Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed assessments
- Build relationships with customers and guide them through roofing options
- Prepare and present estimates, contracts, and warranties
- Collaborate with project managers and office staff to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong referral pipeline
- Roofing or home services sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to educate customers and build trust
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Comfortable using mobile tech and CRM software
- Knowledge of insurance claims process (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license

Roofing Crew Lead / Foreman (Northern Florida)
As a Crew Lead, you’ll manage on-site crews, ensure top-tier work is being performed, and represent Guardian’s high standards. You’ll be responsible for safety, timelines, and customer satisfaction on each job.
- Lead crew operations and maintain daily job site oversight
- Ensure materials, equipment, and personnel are managed efficiently
- Solve problems in the field and communicate clearly with project managers
- Maintain safe work practices and site cleanliness
- Train and mentor new crew members
- 5+ years of roofing experience (asphalt, metal, flat roofing, etc.)
- Leadership or supervisory experience on job sites
- Deep knowledge of roof installation techniques and building codes
- Excellent decision-making and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and scopes of work
- Strong communication and customer-facing demeanor
- Experience enforcing job site safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable managing diverse teams
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
